This video describes the steps needed to be taken when a Samsung phone has been blocked by Samsung Care for a device being reported as lost and stolen. This phone a customer sent was reported as "lost" by a customer. The Samsung Care insurance company Servify placed a screen lock. It was not possible to access the S25 Ultra operating system.
Follow along with me as I walk you through the steps and process needed to remove this type of lock. It is quite easy and is almost immediate, soon after you submit the device IMEI to the internal unlock servers.
